Biospan was Founded in 2020 by a group of chefs and nutritionists. We all experience profound health results by following a style of nutrition which is based on Evolutionary Science.

We were frustrated by the misinformation about nutrition, and the lack of healthy food options in the UK. So, we set out to create a personalised nutrition clinic that offered personal chef services – making it as easy as possible for people who were short on time to transform their health – even if they knew nothing about nutrition.

Evolutionary science is in our DNA. Our game-changing nutrition programmes are made to redefine the way people understand their own health by understanding how we evolved as humans. We help our customers discover what foods they should eat so they can thrive in our modern world.

We are the only nutrition clinic to offer private chef services that are personalised to each customers health and biology – Providing one-to-one nutrition support, laboratory testing (e.g. blood or DNA), and private chefs to cook meals plans in the comfort of each clients home.

We call this a Biocheffing service. It’s the first one in the world.

Our service helps an exclusive range of people from actors, to professional athletes, business executives, and busy professionals. We aim expand our service, and eventually make our Biocheffing service available to the general public.

We help clients lose weight, gain muscle, improve their skin, prep for competitions, and support health conditions from Type II diabetes, to autoimmune conditions such as diverticulitis.

Another core part of our service, is that we work with local regenerative farms who supply organic plant-foods and pasture raised animal foods. These farms offset their carbon by creating soil from their livestock – and require no external feed or water to keep these animals healthy.

Not only are these foods more nutritious, but this is one of the most sustainable ways to consume animal and plant foods to regenerate the ecosystem and promote biodiversity.
