Anxious Minds was founded in 2015 by Edward (Eddie) Dean. Eddie struggled for years to find support to help him address his own mental health issues after leaving the Armed Forces, so he used his war pension and savings to start Anxious Minds. Eddie’s personal experiences with anxiety, depression and PTSD provide a unique insight and understanding into the reality of mental health issues, and a passionate desire to improve the situation for others.

Our mission at Anxious Minds is to improve the mental well-being of the people we serve. We work to a strong set of core values and principles that are upheld in everything we do and all the services we offer. Fundamentally we believe that individuals who suffer from mental health and addiction issues deserve fast access to professional and personal support services.
